2. Acceptance of Terms

The use of this website and the completion of a booking imply the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the website.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are governed by Ministerial Decision (Υ.Α.) 4109/2025 and the following policies:

3.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21+ days prior to arrival: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival: The guest is required to pay 50% of the total agreed price for the entire booking period.
Early departure: If the guest departs before the scheduled date, they are required to pay a compensation fee equal to 50% of the price for the remaining days of the booking.

3.2 Non-Refundable Rates
By selecting a non-refundable rate, the guest accepts that in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the business reserves the right to withhold 100% of the booking amount, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

3.3 Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Any early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

4. Accommodation Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation units. Violations will result in a restoration/cleaning fee.
  • Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement and approval by the management.
  • Quiet hours are 14:00–17:00 and 23:00–08:00.
  • Any activities causing disturbance to other guests are strictly prohibited.
  • The number of guests staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number declared during the booking.
  • The guest bears civil liability for any damages caused to the equipment or the premises.
